Job description

**Location: Hyderabad** **Exp Range : 5-10 years** **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze business requirements and create **test scenarios, test cases, and test data** - Perform **functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT testing** - Test Salesforce modules such as **Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud** - Validate **custom Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components** - Verify **workflows, process builder, and flows** - Execute **API testing and integration validation** (REST/SOAP) - Identify, log, track, and manage defects using tools like **JIRA, Azure DevOps** - Collaborate with **developers, business analysts, and stakeholders** - Perform **data validation and ETL testing (if applicable)** - Participate in **Agile ceremonies** (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) - Ensure adherence to **testing standards and best practices** **Required Skills** **Technical Skills** - Strong knowledge of **Salesforce platform** - Experience in testing: - **Sales Cloud / Service Cloud** - **Lightning UI** - Familiarity with: - **Apex, SOQL (basic level)** - **Salesforce objects, validation rules, workflows, flows** - Experience with **test management tools** (JIRA, TestRail, ALM) - Knowledge of **API testing tools** (Postman, SoapUI) - Understanding of **SQL and data validation** **Automation (Preferred)** - Experience with automation tools like: - **Selenium** - **Provar (Salesforce-specific)** - **UFT** - **Cypress (optional)** - Knowledge of **CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)** **Soft Skills** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in Agile environments - Attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications** - Salesforce certification (e.g., **Salesforce Administrator / Platform App Builder / QA-specific tools like Provar**) - Experience with **data migration and integration testing** - Domain experience (Sales, CRM, Customer Support) **Nice to Have** - Experience with **Performance Testing (JMeter)** - Knowledge of **DevOps practices in Salesforce** - Exposure to **Einstein Analytics / AI features** **Education** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
