**Role & responsibilities** We are seeking **Software Asset Management (SAM)** & License Compliance professionals with 5+ years of experience to support enterprise clients in delivering endtoend SAM, compliance, and optimization engagements using Flexera. The role involves working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and crossfunctional teams to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and cost optimization. **Qualifications** - Strong hands-on experience with Flexera One / FlexNet Manager Suite - Proven experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) and License Compliance for enterprise environments - Solid understanding of software licensing models, including: (a) Perpetual and Subscription (b) SaaS licensing (c) Userbased and Devicebased models (d) Core / Processorbased licensing (Senior role) - Experience with entitlement management, including validation of: (a) Purchase Orders (b) Invoices (c) Contracts - Expertise in inventory data integration, normalization, and reconciliation - Working knowledge of enterprise endpoint and discovery tools: (a) Microsoft Intune (b) SCCM / MECM (c) Tanium / BigFix (preferred for senior roles) - Strong experience in compliance analysis, audit readiness, and risk identification - Ability to prepare clientready documentation, dashboards, and compliance reports - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
