The Sampler will be responsible for collecting, labeling, and organizing samples in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements. The role includes following standard operating procedures for sample handling, coordinating with quality teams, and accurately recording data in digital or manual systems. The Sampler will interact with internal teams and, where applicable, customers or partners to ensure timely and correct sampling. Daily tasks also include maintaining cleanliness and safety in sampling areas, reporting deviations or issues, and supporting audits or inspections as needed. **Qualifications** - Strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to ensure samples meet defined standards and procedures. - Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Basic to intermediate Computer Literacy for data entry, record-keeping, and use of standard office or sampling software. - Attention to detail, ability to follow standard operating procedures, and adherence to safety and compliance guidelines. - Prior experience in sampling, laboratory work, field operations, or a related quality-focused role is preferred. - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in a relevant field is an advantage. - Ability to work on-site in West Bengal, manage time effectively, and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and reliability.
