Skill: SAP - ABAP, FICO, BASIS, SECURITY/GRC, EWM, MDG, BI/ANALYTICS, PP/QM Must have minimum 3+ years of experience - Ability to write detailed technical designs - Ability to speak to functional consultant and understand the business requirements and convert them into technical solutions - Ability to work on both ECC and S/4HANA projects for customers across the globe - At least 2 implementation or rollout experience - SAP Certifications - Ability to learn the niche skills and upskill in short time - Leadership qualities and good communication skills - Ability to provide trainings - Good understanding of SAP coding standards and best practices from both ECC and HANA - Ability to work in AGILE way - Ability to create product backlogs, estimate user stories and do sprint plannings - Excellent customer interfacing skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills. - Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
