**Job Title: SAP ABAP+FICO** **Location: Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Hyderabad** **Experience: 8 - 12 Years** **Job Description:** **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP + FICO Consultant with strong technical expertise in SAP ABAP development and a solid understanding of SAP FI business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP ECC environments, interface development, and integration technologies. The role involves working closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and support SAP ABAP applications in SAP ECC 6.0 EHP8 environment. Design, develop, and maintain RICEF objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows. Develop and support SAP integration solutions using technologies such as ALE, IDOC, RFC, BAPI, PI/PO, SFTP, and other integration mechanisms. Collaborate with SAP FI functional consultants to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions. Prepare technical specifications, perform code reviews, unit testing, and support deployment activities. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues while ensuring optimal system performance. Work with cross-functional teams during implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. Follow SAP development standards, coding best practices, and documentation guidelines. **Required Skills** 8–12 years of experience in SAP ABAP development. Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0 EHP8. Expertise in ABAP programming including Reports, ALV, Enhancements, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms, BDC, BAPI, RFC, and User Exits/BADIs. Hands-on experience with SAP integration technologies including ALE, IDOC, PI/PO, RFC, BAPI, SFTP, and other interface mechanisms. Good understanding of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) business processes. Strong debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills. Experience in preparing Technical Specification documents and technical design documentation. Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Good to Have Experience integrating Kafka with SAP ECC. Understanding of event-driven architecture and business event processing. Exposure to Kafka Connectors, IDOC-based event integration, or similar messaging frameworks. Knowledge of SAP ABAP on HANA or SAP S/4HANA migration projects. Experience working in Agile development environments.
