**Your Purpose** As our SAP Basis Consultant, you are the guardian of our digital landscape. Your mandate is to ensure our SAP environment is highly available, flawlessly secure, and lightning-fast. We need a proactive "watchtower" who anticipates infrastructure needs, prevents downtime before it happens, and ensures our technical foundation can support aggressive business growth. **What You Will Do** - **Landscape Management:** Oversee end-to-end administration of the SAP landscape, including S/4 HANA, ensuring peak performance, stability, and high availability (HA). - **Proactive Maintenance:** Execute system copies, client copies, kernel upgrades, and support pack implementations with meticulous planning and minimal business disruption. - **Database & Performance:** Monitor and administer the HANA database. Conduct deep-dive performance tuning and capacity planning to stay ahead of business scaling. - **Security & Governance:** Maintain an ironclad security posture. Manage user administration, complex authorization concepts, and system audits to ensure strict compliance. - **Disaster Recovery:** Formulate, test, and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery (DR) protocols. **What You Bring** - **Experience:** 5+ years of hardcore SAP Basis administration experience in complex, multi-tier enterprise environments. - **Technical Depth:** Deep knowledge of SAP HANA administration, OS/DB migrations, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure preferred). - **The "First Responder" Attitude:** You possess a sense of urgency and extreme ownership. You are analytical, calm under pressure, and capable of troubleshooting complex system dumps and performance bottlenecks efficiently. - **Business Outlook:** You recognize that system uptime equals revenue. You plan your maintenance windows strategically, always putting the business's operational needs first.
