**Job Title: SAP IBP Consultant** **Experience:** 7–14 Years **Location:** Bangalore **Job Summary** Looking for experienced **SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Consultants** to implement, configure, and support advanced supply chain planning solutions using SAP IBP, enabling effective demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP processes. **Key Responsibilities** - Implement and support **SAP IBP modules** including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Response & Supply, and S&OP - Configure planning areas, key figures, attributes, calculations, and master data - Design and develop planning models, dashboards, and analytics - Integrate SAP IBP with **SAP S/4HANA, ECC, APO, and other enterprise systems** - Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and user training - Support planning cycle execution and continuous process improvements - Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support - Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams **Requirements** - 7–14 years of IT experience with strong expertise in **SAP IBP** - Hands-on experience in one or more IBP modules: **Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, Response & Supply** - Strong understanding of **Supply Chain Planning processes** - Experience with **SAP HANA and S/4HANA integrations** - Knowledge of planning operators, forecasting, and analytics - Experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills **Preferred Skills** - SAP IBP Certification - Experience with **SAP APO migration to IBP** - Knowledge of Supply Chain Control Tower concepts - Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) - Experience in global supply chain transformation programs
