**Key Roles & Responsibilities** **1. Solution Design & Architecture** - Translate functional specifications and business requirements into highly scalable technical designs 1.1.11. - Design robust **ETL** strategies for extracting, transforming, and loading 1.3.15 data from heterogeneous legacy systems into target SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA landscapes **1.2.6**. **2. Development & Implementation** - Hands-on creation and maintenance of complex Workflows, Dataflows, Data Stores, and Batch/Real-Time Jobs **1.2.8**, 1.3.13. - Utilize advanced Data Quality (DQ) transforms for profiling, data cleansing, and validation 1.1.5 (e.g., Match, Associate, Data Cleanse). **3. Performance Optimization** - Analyze and tune **SQL** queries and optimize **BODS** memory management to handle massive data volumes 1.1.5. - Debug, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) on failed or slow-running ETL jobs **1.1.7**. **4. Leadership & Governance** - Enforce TCS coding standards, version control, and best practices across the development team 1.2.11, **1.3.6**. - Mentor junior developers, review technical specifications, and assist with offshore-onshore coordination 1.1.11, 1.2.11. - Assist during cutover planning, data validation, and post-go-live support **1.3.8**. **Required Qualifications & Technical Skills** - **Education:** B.Tech/B.E./MCA or equivalent **1.2.7**. - **Experience:** Typically 5 to 10+ years in IT with at least 4+ years exclusively dedicated to **SAP BODS**, 1.2.8. - **Core Competencies:** Extensive hands-on use of Data Services Designer, Central Repository, and Job Server 1.2.6. - **Database Skills:** Expert-level knowledge of writing complex SQL queries against relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, HANA) 1.1.9 1.2.8. - **Soft Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication, client-facing consulting capabilities, and team management 1.1.6, 1.3.8 - **Experience Range-5-9 Years** - **Location-Bangalore**
