**Title: SAP BPC Functional Analyst.** **8+ years of experience in SAP BPC** **Kolkata's Virtual Drive ---24th June** We are looking for an experienced SAP BPC Functional analyst (Standard BPC) who will be able to solve issues with financial reports under the purview of Standard BPC. SAP BPC role is pivotal business operations, as it involves managing and enhancing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes using SAP BPC solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP BPC, including hands-on experience with configuration, report building, and process optimization. Additionally, familiarity with financial data modeling, integration with various SAP modules, and strong analytical skills are essential. The role will require collaborating closely with finance and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and consolidation. Attention to detail, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are highly valued for this position Responsibilities: **1.Solution Design & Configuration** - **Requirement Gathering:** Translate complex business rules into functional specifications by mapping out "As-Is" and "To-Be" financial processes. - **Data Modeling:** Create and maintain dimensions, hierarchies, properties, and models for Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow planning. - **Business Rules:** Set up automated logic for currency translations, intercompany eliminations, and consolidation of investments. **2. Data Management & Integration** - **Data Manager Packages:** Build and configure data loads to extract master and transactional data from source systems (like SAP ERP/S/4HANA) into BPC. - **Data Quality:** Validate financial data at the staging and upload levels to ensure accuracy and data integrity. **3. Reporting & User Interface (UI)** - **Input Schedules:** Create user-friendly Excel templates using EVDRE or the EPM Add-in so business users can easily enter budget data. - **Financial Reporting:** Design management and legal consolidation reports for executives and statutory compliance teams. - **Business Process Flows (BPF):** Configure automated workflows to guide users through the planning and consolidation cycle, tracking completion timelines. **4. Testing & User Enablement** - **System Testing:** Prepare test scripts to validate the configured scenarios, calculations, and Script Logic before moving to production. - **End-User Training:** Author user manuals, training guides, and provide hands-on support to finance super-users.
