**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM Payroll solutions for clients across various industries. - Integrate payroll systems with other SAP modules such as FICO, CO, and HR to ensure seamless data flow. - Provide technical support and maintenance services to resolve issues related to payroll processing and reporting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized payroll solutions. **Job Requirements :** - 5-12 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll implementation, configuration, or consulting. - Strong understanding of integration concepts between different SAP modules (FICO, CO, HR). - Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines. - Proficiency in configuring complex payroll processes using SAP HCM software.
