You will lead statutory and management consolidations, configure systems in S/4HANA (or SEM-BCS), and manage the data architecture for enterprise-wide financial reporting. **Key Roles & Responsibilities** - **Consolidation Architecture:** Design and maintain statutory and management consolidation structures, including consolidation of investments, eliminations of intercompany payables/receivables, and currency translations. - **Technical Development:** Translate complex financial requirements into technical specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) objects. - **Data Harmonization:** Map master data and build automated data collection, validation, and cleansing workflows across multiple SAP and non-SAP ERP instances. - **System Integration:** Integrate SAP BCS/4HANA with upstream source systems (e.g., SAP FI, CO, and BW) to ensure seamless flow of financial data. - **L3/L4 Support & Escalation:** Troubleshoot complex system failures, resolve consolidation task monitor errors, and perform performance tuning to manage high-volume data. - **Stakeholder Management:** Conduct workshops for finance and IT stakeholders, and explain technical specifications to junior developers. **Required Technical & Functional Skills** - **Functional Knowledge:** Deep understanding of statutory reporting, GAAP/IFRS standards, local currency translation, and intercompany reconciliation. - **Integration Expertise:** Understanding of data transfer methods, BAPIs, IDOCs, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) / PaPM (Profitability and Performance Management). - **Soft Skills:** Exceptional analytical, documentation, and client-facing communication skills in global delivery models - **Experience Range- 4-7 Years** - **Location-Bangalore**
