We collaborate with our customers to co-create solutions that drive enterprise-wide digitalization while actively working to address social issues and contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). **Job Title: SAP BW - Functional Consultant – 10958** **Shift: 24\\*7 Support** **Location: Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Hyderabad.** **Experience: 5-8 Relevant Years** **Job Type: Permanent** Provide 24/7 production support for SAP BW.Monitoring scheduled SAP BW data loads using Control-M to ensure successful execution of ETL processes.Monitor and resolve Process Chain, Info Package, DTP, and data load failures.Close monitoring of BW data loads/Process chains especially during month end and make sure data available for reporting/users.Investigate and resolve production incidents, defects, and user-reported issues within agreed SLAs.Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues if any.Handle incidents (user/system generated), Service Requests, Change Requests, and minor enhancements. - Develop and maintain: - Info Objects Data Sources ADSOs/DSOsInfo Cubes Composite Providers/Mult ProvidersTransformationsDTPsProcess Chains Bex queries - Analyse and troubleshoot extraction issues from SAP ECC/CRM, LO Cockpit, Generic Extractors, Flat Files, APO, HR, and other source systems. - Support Bex Queries. - Analysis for Office (AFO), and SAP BusinessObjects reports. - Perform data reconciliation between source systems and BW. - Monitor delta loads and ensures data consistency. - Optimize BW queries and data models for improved performance. - Coordinate with Functional Consultants, Basis, ABAP, and Business Users for issue resolution. - Performing end-to-end functional validation from the SAP BW perspective after Basis activities such as SAP Kernel upgrades, Support Package (SP) upgrades, Operating System (OS) patches, System refreshes ,Client copies, System migrations and so on. - Prepare technical documentations for change requests and performing the deployment activities from BW end by coordinate with the dependent teams if any. - Participate in on-call support and weekend maintenance activities when required.
