**Roles and Responsibilities** - Design and configure SAP CX Marketing Cloud solutions to meet business requirements. - Develop functional specifications for marketing campaigns, lead management, and customer journey mapping. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP CX Marketing Cloud with other systems. - Conduct testing and debugging of marketing cloud configurations before going live. - Provide technical support during the implementation phase of projects. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 5-9 years of experience in SAP Marketing Cloud (CX) configuration, testing, and deployment. - Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.). - Strong understanding of SAP solution architecture and ability to work independently on complex projects.
