**TCS is Hiring SAP Cloud ALM Consultant** **Location: Bengaluru** **Experience: 8+** Role Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP Cloud ALM Consultant to drive end-to-end Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The consultant will play a key role in establishing process-to-system traceability by integrating SAP Cloud ALM with SAP LeanIX (Enterprise Architecture) and SAP Signavio (Process Transformation Suite). The role requires strong expertise in SAP Activate, Cloud ALM capabilities, and tight coordination with Enterprise Architecture, Process Excellence, PMO, Test, and Technical teams to ensure governance, transparency, and adoption across the S/4HANA lifecycle. Key Responsibilities 1. Cloud ALM Enablement for Greenfield Program • Set up SAP Cloud ALM for a Greenfield S/4HANA implementation, including: o Project scope, workstreams, roles, authorizations, milestones, and standards • Define ALM governance for: o Requirements, user stories, testing, defects, releases, cutover, and operations readiness • Align Cloud ALM execution with SAP Activate phases (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Build, Test, Deploy) 2. Integration with SAP LeanIX (Enterprise Architecture) • Integrate SAP Cloud ALM with SAP LeanIX to enable architecture-to-execution traceability. • Support linkage of: o Business capabilities Applications Interfaces S/4HANA solution scope • Ensure alignment between: o LeanIX architecture decisions o Cloud ALM requirements, deliveries, and releases 3. Integration with SAP Signavio (Process Transformation) • Enable integration between SAP Signavio Process Manager / Process Intelligence and SAP Cloud ALM. • Facilitate process-to-requirement traceability: o Signavio processes Requirements Test cases Deployments • Support Fit-to-Standard workshops by: o Tracking deviations, gaps, and to-be processes in Cloud ALM 4. Requirements & Build Governance • Manage end-to-end requirements lifecycle in Cloud ALM: o Capture, refinement, approvals, baselining, and traceability • Ensure alignment between: o Signavio process models o LeanIX architecture scope o S/4HANA functional design 5. Test & Defect Management (SIT / UAT) • Configure and manage Test Management in Cloud ALM: o Test plans, packages, cycles, execution, and evidence • Establish strong traceability: o Requirement Test Case Test Execution Defect Transport/Release • Define and run defect triage and reporting: o Severity, priority, root cause, and resolution tracking 6. Release, Deployment & Cutover (Greenfield Focus) • Plan and track release cycles and deployments in Cloud ALM. • Support mock cutovers and final cutover: o Task lists, owners, dependencies, and readiness tracking 7. Operations Readiness & Hypercare • Enable Operations & Monitoring capabilities in Cloud ALM for post-go-live. • Define handover model to AMS/Run teams: o Monitoring, incidents, defects, KPIs, and dashboards 8. Reporting, Dashboards & Stakeholder Management • Create executive-level dashboards covering: o Scope & requirements o Process coverage (Signavio) o Architecture alignment (LeanIX) o Testing progress & defects o Release & cutover readiness • Train project teams on Cloud ALM usage and process adherence. Required Skills & Experience Must Have • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM in S/4HANA Greenfield implementations • Proven experience integrating: o SAP LeanIX (Enterprise Architecture & capability mapping) o SAP Signavio (Process modeling, Fit-to-Standard, process governance) • Deep understanding of SAP Activate methodology • Expertise in: o Requirements lifecycle management o Test and defect management o Release & cutover governance • Strong documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
