Job description

**JD :** - End-to-end SAP CS/CRM Deployment experience - Hands on Configuration knowledge of CRM architecture and system configurations and integration points with other modules SD, LE and BI etc. - Experience on complete CRM module - Good understanding of business processes - Conducts user requirements gathering, blueprinting, gap analysis and documentation designs. Follow best practices and SAP functionality in system - Consulting skills with an ability to analyze the business requirements, needs, objectives, and map them in SAP CRM and SAP ECC best practices - Ability to translate business requirements into specific process improvements along with any/all measurable benefits - Ability to analyze business problems from both a qualitative and quantitative perspective
