**Core Responsibilities** - **Service Management:** Design and configure processes in Service Orders, Notifications, Contracts, Warranties, and Repairs. - **Technical Customization:** Design and develop RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) objects. - **Integration Points:** Ensure seamless data flow between CS, **SD**, MM, and FICO (e.g., equipment master setup, cost tracking, and warranty recognition). - **S/4HANA & Modernization:** Utilize CDS views, AMDP, and OData services for HANA-optimized performance. - **Team & Customer Management:** Review functional specifications, provide effort estimates, and mentor junior developers. **Expected Skill Matrix** - **Experience:** Typically 5 to 9 years in SAP ABAP and CS functional consulting. - **Functional:** Deep knowledge of repairs processing, refurbishment, warranty tracking, and service work orders. - **Technical:** Advanced ABAP, Web Dynpro, IDOCs, BADIs, BAPIs, and Adobe Forms. - **TCS Norms:** Familiarity with Agile implementation methodologies, TCS documentation standards, and strict on-site/offshore collaboration routines. - **Experience Range- 5-9 Years** - **Location- Bangalore**
