A Senior SAP Customer Service (CS) Developer role at **Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)** requires a unique blend of core technical ABAP/S/4HANA expertise and specialized CS/CRM functional module understanding. Candidates are expected to lead architectural solution design, manage RICEFW objects, and ensure seamless system integration. **Role Overview** - **Experience Level:** 4 to 7 years - **Role Focus:** Technical leadership in CS module customization, S/4HANA extensibility, integration, and performance optimization. **Core Responsibilities** - **Technical Development & RICEFW:** Lead the design and delivery of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW) tailored specifically to SAP Customer Service processes. - **System Integration:** Develop and maintain integrations connecting SAP CS with non-SAP systems, CRM platforms, and middleware components using BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, and OData/APIs. - **S/4HANA Extensibility:** Transition from legacy ABAP to S/4HANA concepts by leveraging CDS views, ADM, and the RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP). - **Architecture & Governance:** Review and approve solution architectures ensuring alignment with TCS and client enterprise standards. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. - **Support & Maintenance:** Lead Disaster Recovery plans and manage advanced problem-solving for production system interruptions. **Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills** - **Primary Tech Stack:** ABAP, OO ABAP, SAP Fiori/UI5, OData V4, CDS Views, and BOPF. - **SAP CS Functional Modules:** In-depth knowledge of service notifications, service orders, contract management, spare parts management, CS pricing, and warranty claims. - **Database & Cloud:** S/4HANA code adaptation, AMDP, and basic exposure to SAP Cloud Platform/BTP. - **Tools:** SAP Web IDE, Eclipse, and Transport Management System (ChaRM). - **Experience Range-4- 7Years** - **Location- Bangalore**
