**About the Company** Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Location Kolkata **About the Role** Must-Have *(Ideally should not be more than 4-5)* **Responsibilities** - Provide subject matter expertise on SAP's best practices for implementing SAP CRM business processes. - Should have functional proficiency in SAP CRM master data, CRM marketing, CRM service and Interfaces with third party applications. - Should have functional proficiency in SAP middleware’s, IDoc interfaces, Master Data Template configurations and replications. - Should have good experience / strong domain knowledge CRM area especially with regards to Utilities industry. - Strong understanding of business processes behind customer programs. - Define and execute unit test, integration test and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live Support. **Qualifications** Good-to-Have - Should be able to provide workload estimations for a functional need based on predefined calculation strategies. - Should be able to conduct detailed design meetings directly with the client to finalize the functional need. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams with minimal supervision. - Should be highly self-motivated, self-driven and independent in daily operations. .
