**Roles and Responsibilities** - Design, develop, test, and deploy CRM ABAP technical solutions using ABAP programming language. - Develop customized reports and interfaces to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to CRM implementation. - Ensure seamless integration of CRM systems with other SAP modules such as Sales, Marketing, and Service Cloud. - Provide technical support for existing CRM implementations and troubleshoot any issues that arise. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 7-12 years of experience in SAP CRM ABAP Technical development or similar role. - Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.). - Strong understanding of architecture principles, DDIC objects, and ABAP objects in SAP CRM. - Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
