**Job title:****SAP Engagement Manager- IBU** **Location:****Bangalore, Mumbai, Gandhinagar, Pune & Hyderabad** **Grade:****E1/E2** **The Opportunity:** Capgemini is seeking a director level executive to S/4 transformation Program(s) for our clients. This person will be responsible for growth delivering solutions to Capgemini clients. Additional Responsibilities Include: Account(s) Delivery & Leadership - Manage a) SAP S/4 Large transformation Program (s) like Greenfield implementation, b) Brownfield | Bluefield S/4 conversions. (c) Global S/4 Roll Outs. - **Drive & Deliver Business KPIs on revenue, profitability & capability growth.** - Develop maintain client relationships and manage all aspects of an engagement. - Able to consult and guide clients in bottom up and top-down way for SAP transformations. - Able to build client partnerships beyond SAP, leveraging the on the success of SAP deliveries. - Strong communication skills, executive presence and ability to build relationships at all levels. Talent Management: - Build and Develop talent across various capabilities and domains of SAP S/4 - Upskill & Cross skill employees to support new areas/capabilities within domain. - Attract talent & hire talent using various sources & networks. **Our Ideal Candidate** Skills: - 15+ years of exp. working with **Domestic Customers extensively (at least for more than 5 years in the recent past)** - delivered at least **2-3 small to mid-size SAP Transformation Projects in S/4HANA as a Project Manager/ Engagement** Manager driving them from “Customer Location” - Revenue managed should be in the tune **of INR 10Cr to 50Cr** - Should be willing to travel domestic**. 40-50% of his time should be on travel** - Managed Domestic Customer key stakeholders in India e.g., Program Director, GCC Head, CIO, IT Head, CDO, CTO etc. - Knowledge in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Products, Automotive - Done SAP Solutioning (Estimate/ Pricing) to some extent - Understanding of key success factors on commercial model, solutioning, delivery
