Skill - SAP ERP Human Capital Management (HCM) Experience - 6 to 12years Location - Chennai **Required Experience** 1 experience in SAP HCM projects. **2.** Implementation experience in HCM and HCM certified. **3.** Should have UK PY skills who can work independently as individual contributor with the customer **4.** Minimum 1 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementation experience **5.** Support experience which involves few custom developments **6.** Experience of setting up HR Mini Master Data. **7.** Good knowledge of HR processes across different modules. **8.** Overall understanding of core HR processes, Organization Management, Personnel Cost Planning, Trainings & Event Management. **9.** Should be aware about Master and Transaction data deletion concepts
