SAP ERP Production Planning & Control Process Industry (PP PI)

Job Description **Key Responsibilities:** - Configure and support **SAP PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industry)** module. - Manage production processes such as **process orders, batch management, and recipe management**. - Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. - Handle **master data** including materials, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and resources. - Support **production planning, scheduling, and execution** activities. - Ensure integration with other modules like **MM, QM, and SD**. - Troubleshoot issues, provide system support, and perform enhancements. - Participate in testing, upgrades, and implementation projects. **Required Skills:** - Strong experience in **SAP PP-PI module** - Knowledge of **process manufacturing workflows** - Experience with **process orders, master recipes, and production versions** - Understanding of **batch management & material requirements planning (MRP)** - Knowledge of integration with **MM (Materials Management) and QM (Quality Management)** - Basic understanding of **SAP configuration (IMG)** **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with **SAP S/4HANA PP-PI** - Knowledge of **PI sheets / digital manufacturing** - Basic **ABAP/debugging knowledge** - Experience in industries like **pharma, chemicals, food processing.**
