Key responsibilities demand mapping legacy data to S/4HANA and configuring core processes from **quality planning to non-conformance management**. **Key Responsibilities** - **Solution Design & Configuration:** Lead workshops to gather business requirements, design "To-Be" business blueprints, and configure the SAP QM module to meet strict regulatory or industry standards. - **Cross-Module Integration:** Seamlessly connect QM processes with Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and Sales and Distribution (SD). - **Process Execution:** Manage in-process, incoming, and final inspections, alongside inspection lot processing, results recording, and usage decisions. - **Testing & Migration:** Write Functional Specifications (FS) for RICEFW objects, conduct unit tests, execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and migrate master data using tools like LSMW. - **Hypercare & Support:** Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support and resolve system defects. **Candidate Requirements** - **Experience:** Typically ranges from 7 to 12 years, depending on the role level. - **Implementation Skills:** Proven track record in at least one full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project. - **Domain Expertise:** Deep understanding of quality controls in manufacturing environments. Pharma or Life Sciences domain knowledge is highly preferred. - **Soft Skills:** Excellent client-facing abilities, strong communication, and readiness to work in multi-cultural, multi-lingual teams. - **Experience Range- 7-12 Years** - **Location- Bangalore**
