At **Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)**, an SAP ERP SD (Sales and Distribution) Analyst is a core functional role focused on designing, configuring, and supporting the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle. TCS mandates strong process knowledge, client-facing communication, and technical documentation skills for these positions. The standard job profile and expectations include the following requirements: **Core Responsibilities** - **Solution Design:** Configure SAP SD modules (sales order processing, pricing, delivery, and billing) to meet specific business requirements. - **Functional Specifications:** Translate business requirements into functional specifications for RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) objects. - **Integration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SD with FICO, MM, and LE modules. - **Support & Maintenance:** Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and service requests. - **Testing:** Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). **Mandatory Technical Skills** - **O2C Cycle Expertise:** Hands-on experience with sales document types, item categories, pricing procedures, and copy controls. - **Interfaces:** Working knowledge of EDI / IDocs for third-party systems. - **Debugging & Coding:** Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP and the ability to debug. - **Advanced Platforms:** Experience or strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA. - **Documentation:** Capability to map out AS-IS and TO-BE business processes. - **Experience- 5-9 Years** - **Location-New Delhi**
