**Role : SAP FICA** **Location : Kolkata** **Experience:5-10 Years** **Mode of Interview: Walkin Drive on 4th July Saturday 2026** **Responsibilities:** - Configure and support **SAP FICA (Financial Contract Accounting)** module. - Manage **billing, invoicing, payments, collections, and dunning processes**. - Handle **customer account management and contract accounts**. - Work with business users to gather requirements and provide SAP solutions. - Ensure integration with **SAP IS-U, SD, and FI modules**. - Support **meter-to-cash processes** in the utilities domain. - Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support. - Participate in testing, implementation, and system enhancements. **Required Skills:** - Strong experience in **SAP FICA module** - Knowledge of **utilities business processes (IS-U)** - Experience with **billing, invoicing, collections, and payment processing** - Understanding of **contract accounts and receivables management** - Knowledge of integration with **FI and SD modules** - Basic understanding of **SAP configuration (IMG)**
