**Key Responsibilities** - Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops to collect and document business requirements, mapping them to SAP functional processes. - Process Analysis: Perform detailed business process analysis across R2R, P2P, and O2C workstreams. - Master Data Management: Lead initiatives related to Vendor and Customer Master Data, ensuring accuracy and consistency within the SAP environment. - Solution Design: Partner with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and evaluate solution options (ECC or S/4HANA). - Quality Assurance: Manage testing cycles, including the creation of test plans, test scripts, and overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Impact Assessment: Conduct detailed assessments for upstream and downstream Non-SAP systems connected to the SAP ERP. **Required Skills & Experience** - Total Experience: Minimum of 9-12 years of overall IT experience. - SAP Expertise: At least 7+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant or Business Analyst. - Domain Knowledge: Deep functional knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules (ECC or S/4HANA) and their integration with other modules. - Client Context: Prior experience as a Business Analyst within Client, specifically on Vendor and Customer Master Data projects, is highly preferred. - Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile delivery and the use of tools like JIRA for requirement tracking. - Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
