Job Description: Senior SAP FICO Consultant Experience 12–15 years of relevant SAP FICO consulting experience Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in greenfield implementations and a deep understanding of end-to-end Finance processes. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of SAP Datasphere, and reporting tools, and will play a key role in solution design, documentation, delivery, and mentoring junior consultants. This role requires a self-driven professional who can lead by example and handle complex business requirements and change requests effectively. \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Key Responsibilities SAP FICO Implementation & Solutioning • Lead and deliver end-to-end greenfield SAP FICO implementations, including blueprinting, realization, testing, and deployment • Design and configure SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and COPA • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust SAP solutions Reporting & Analytics • Ensure accurate financial data modeling, integration, and reconciliation for reporting and analytics needs Functional Documentation & Change Management • Prepare high-quality Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), including process flows, business rules, and integration points • Analyze, estimate, and handle change requests, ensuring minimal impact on existing solutions and timelines • Support testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT
