SAP FICO Consultant (Senior)

Job description

**Key Responsibilities** **1. SAP FICO Implementation & Support** - Lead and manage **end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and enhancements** - Provide **L2/L3 support** for SAP FICO modules - Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions **2. Configuration & Customization** - Configure and maintain: - **General Ledger (GL)** - **Accounts Payable (AP)** - **Accounts Receivable (AR)** - **Asset Accounting (AA)** - **Bank Accounting** - **Cost Center Accounting (CCA)** - **Profit Center Accounting (PCA)** - **Internal Orders & Product Costing** - Handle **FI-CO integration with MM, SD, PP modules** **3. Business Process Management** - Work closely with finance stakeholders to understand business processes - Ensure **compliance with global accounting standards and internal controls** - Drive process improvements and automation initiatives **4. Testing & Documentation** - Prepare and execute: - **Functional specifications (FS)** - **Unit Testing (UT)** - **Integration Testing (SIT)** - **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** - Maintain proper documentation for all configurations and changes **5. Stakeholder Management** - Act as a **bridge between business and technical teams** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations - Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users **Mandatory Skills & Experience** - 1012 years of hands-on experience in **SAP FICO** - Strong experience in: - **GL Accounting, AP, AR, Fixed Assets** - **Costing (Product Costing / COPA preferred)** - Minimum **2–3 full lifecycle SAP implementations** - Strong experience in **FI-CO integration with MM/SD** - Experience in **S/4HANA Finance** (preferred) - Knowledge of **financial closing processes and reporting** - Good understanding of **taxation, localization, and compliance**
