SAP FICO Consultant **: SAP FICO Consultant (S/4HANA Public Cloud)** **Location:** Bengaluru, India **Experience:** 4 5 Years **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Role Overview** We are looking for a talented **SAP FICO Consultant** with **4 5 years of experience** , including hands-on expertise in **SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud** , to join our team in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting finance and controlling processes aligned with SAP best practices. **Key Responsibilities** - Participate in **end-to-end implementation and support** of **SAP FICO** in **S/4HANA Public Cloud** . - Configure and support core modules including: - Financial Accounting (FI): GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting - Controlling (CO): Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Profit Centers - Conduct **Fit-to-Standard workshops** and align business processes with SAP Public Cloud capabilities. - Work closely with stakeholders to **gather business requirements** and deliver scalable SAP solutions. - Configure using **Self-Service Configuration UI (SSCUI)** and/or **Central Business Configuration (CBC)** . - Support **month-end and year-end closing activities** . - Ensure smooth **integration with other modules** like MM, SD. - Perform **functional testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT)** and ensure defect resolution. - Provide **production support** and resolve functional issues within defined SLAs. - Assist in **data migration** activities using migration cockpit or other tools. - Prepare and maintain **functional specifications, documentation, and process flows** . - Ensure compliance with SAP Public Cloud standardization and best practices. **Mandatory Skills** - 4 5 years of hands-on experience in **SAP FICO** . - Minimum **1 end-to-end implementation** in **SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud** . - Strong knowledge of: - Record-to-Report (R2R) processes - Accounts Payable Receivable - General Ledger Accounting (including parallel ledgers) - Asset Accounting - Experience with **Fiori Apps** and cloud-based finance processes. - Exposure to **Public Cloud configuration tools (SSCUI/CBC)** . - Understanding of **integration with MM (P2P)** and **SD (Order-to-Cash)** . - Knowledge of **financial closing processes and reporting** . **Preferred Skills** - Experience in **SAP Activate methodology** and Agile projects. - Exposure to **Group Reporting / Consolidation** (preferred). - Knowledge of **Central Finance concepts** (nice to have). - Basic understanding of **ABAP debugging** . - SAP certification in **S/4HANA Finance** or related area (preferred). **Soft Skills** - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in **Agile and fast-paced environments** . - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. **Education** - Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Finance, IT, or related field. - CA / MBA (Finance) is an added advantage. - SAP certification preferred.
