The candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end support, enhancements, and continuous improvements across SAP Finance and Controlling modules, ensuring stable operations and business alignment. **Key Responsibilities** - Provide **L2/L3 support** for SAP FICO modules in an AMS environment, ensuring adherence to SLAs. - Handle **incidents, service requests, problem management**, and **change requests**. - Support **month-end and year-end closing activities**, ensuring timely and accurate financial processing. - Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver effective solutions. - Perform **configuration, enhancements, and defect fixes** across SAP FICO modules. - Prepare and execute **Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT support**. - Develop and maintain **functional specifications, test scripts, and training documentation**. - Ensure smooth **cross-module integration** (FI-MM, FI-SD) and resolve related issues. - Participate in **audit support, compliance activities, and transport management**. - Drive **continuous improvement initiatives** and best practices within AMS delivery.
