**Job Title: SAP FICO Senior Functional Lead** **Experience:** 10–12 Years **Location:** Noida **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **SAP FICO Senior Consultant** with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling to support implementation, rollout, and support projects. The ideal candidate should have deep functional knowledge, strong business understanding, and experience working with stakeholders in complex environments. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and manage **end-to-end SAP FICO implementations** , rollouts, and support projects - **Experience into Migration Project from ECC to Hana** - Configure and support **FI modules** : - General Ledger (GL) - Accounts Payable (AP) - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Asset Accounting (AA) - Bank Accounting - Configure and support **CO modules** : - Cost Center Accounting (CCA) - Profit Center Accounting (PCA) - Internal Orders (IO) - Product Costing & Profitability Analysis (COPA) - Handle **business requirement gathering** , gap analysis, functional design, and solution mapping - Prepare **functional specifications** and work closely with ABAP/technical teams for developments - Support **month-end/year-end closing activities** and statutory reporting - Integrate SAP FICO with other modules such as **MM, SD, PS, and PM** - Provide leadership in **issue resolution, root cause analysis** , and performance optimization - Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer - Interact with business users, finance teams, auditors, and external stakeholders **Required Skills & Qualifications** - 10–12 years of **hands-on experience in SAP FICO** - **Experience into Migration exp from ECC to Hana** - Strong expertise in **Financial Accounting and Controlling processes** - Experience with **SAP S/4HANA Finance** (preferred) - Good understanding of **Indian statutory requirements** , taxation, and compliance - Experience in **implementation and support projects** - Ability to work independently and lead discussions with senior stakeholders - Strong communication and documentation skills **Preferred Qualifications** - CA / CMA / ICWA or MBA (Finance) - Experience in **HANA migration or S/4HANA transformation projects** - Exposure to **client-facing roles** and global project environments
