**Your Purpose** Step into a pivotal leadership role where financial strategy meets technological innovation. As the SAP FICO Team Lead, you will take full stewardship of our Record-to-Report (R2R) landscape. You will empower a team of finance technology professionals to deliver compliance, automation, and real-time financial insights that drive enterprise-wide decision-making. **What You Will Do** - **Lead the Financial Landscape:** Direct the configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement of SAP FICO modules, acting as the ultimate owner of financial system health. - **Team Empowerment:** Mentor, coach, and elevate a team of SAP professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous learning. - **Cross-Functional Synergy:** Partner with supply chain, sales, and project teams to ensure seamless data flow across SAP MM, SD, and PS modules. - **Project Delivery:** Drive end-to-end IT finance projects from blueprinting to hyper-care, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and accounting standards. - **Future-Proofing:** Continuously evaluate current processes against industry best practices, proposing automated solutions for taxation (TDS), asset accounting, and financial reporting. **What You Bring** - **Experience:** 810 years of robust SAP FICO experience with 2–3 years of core finance domain experience. *Real Estate industry experience is a strong advantage.* - **Deep Expertise:** Mastery in New GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Controlling, and Indian taxation standards. - **Leadership Profile:** Proven track record of managing teams, with exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills. - **Business Acumen:** You think like a CFO but act like a technologist. You understand the "why" behind the numbers and design systems that provide true business intelligence. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance paired with CA / ICWA qualifications. SAP FICO certification is a distinct advantage.
