Job description

**Required Skills:** **Fieldglass functional Consultant with hands on experience in Fieldglass Configuration**. This individual should have qualities to be part of a team of Configuration Consultants, functional experts and collaborate with the team. This person should be able to own configuration changes to the existing Fieldglass system. - Country deployment experience for at least 1 customer - Ability to gather, document & analyze requirements, collaborate with business, and configure new Fieldglass features. - Ability to configure and test functional changes to Fieldglass modules primarily in the areas of Service Procurement and Contingent Workforce Hiring. - Collaborate with business testing teams and support during change validation by business. - Experience in implementing changes starting from lower landscape followed by moving the changes all the way till production system. - Experience in analyzing and documenting Fieldglass major release impact on existing business processes. - Experience in Business Process setup as well as address production tickets (break fix & SRs) in a timely fashion (within SLA) - Good written & oral communication skills along with good presentation skills & a strong team player **Nice to Have Qualifications:** Qualification BE/BTech/MBA/Any equivalent Degree Knowledge on Below areas: - Experience in handling SAP fieldglass vendor on behalf of customer for customization is great to have. - Implementation/Support experience in procurement to pay using SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) - Experience in SuccessFactors and Fieldglass integrations with reference to position management and external worker onboarding.
