**Educational Requirements** Bachelor of Engineering **Service Line** Information Systems **Responsibilities** Key Responsibilities Lead end??to??end SAP Fieldglass implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment Configure Fieldglass modules: Contingent Workforce (CW) Services Procurement (SOW) Worker Profile Management Statement of Work (Deliverables??based & Time??based) Conduct workshops with business and procurement stakeholders to understand workforce management needs Perform system configuration related to job postings, workflows, approvals, rate structures, supplier management, and compliance Manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA / ECC / Ariba / SuccessFactors / Third??party VMS systems Support data migration, UAT, cutover, and post??go??live support Provide production support, issue analysis, and continuous improvements Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical/integration teams Ensure compliance with regional labor laws, tax requirements, and audit standards Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and templates **Additional Responsibilities:** Experience: 7-15yrs Location: Bangalore Education: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MCA Notice Period: Immediate to 90days
