**SAP Global COUPA Functional Lead – 6 yrs** Coupa Software is a cloud-based platform for Business Spend Management (BSM), designed to help companies manage and optimize their spending, procurement, and supply chain processes. It provides a suite of tools for managing expenses, invoicing, and payments, aiming to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance. - Procurement: Streamlining the procurement process, from requisition to order, with automation and real-time visibility. - Invoicing and Payments: Automating invoice processing and payments, improving efficiency and accuracy. - Expense Management: Tracking and managing employee expenses, ensuring compliance and providing insights into spending. - Supply Chain Management: Optimizing supply chains, improving visibility, and mitigating risks. - Sourcing Optimization: Utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sourcing strategies for cost savings and efficiency. Integration-wise, Coupa supports 35+ ERP systems; Core Skills for a Coupa Functional Lead: - Deep Coupa Platform Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the Coupa platform, its various modules (e.g., procurement, sourcing, invoice management), and their functionalities is crucial. - Business Process Expertise: A strong grasp of procurement, finance, and other relevant business processes is essential for translating business requirements into Coupa configurations. - Configuration and Administration: Proficiency in configuring and administering the Coupa system, including setting up workflows, approval processes, and user roles, is a key requirement. - Integration Knowledge: Understanding how Coupa integrates with other systems, especially ERP systems like SAP or D365, is often necessary for a functional lead. - Reporting and Analytics: The ability to leverage Coupa's reporting and analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes is important. - Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are vital for collaborating with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors. Programming Knowledge Python(Beneficial): - Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams, to support data-driven decision-making. - Automate and streamline data ingestion, transformation, and analytics processes to enhance efficiency. - Develop real-time and batch data processing solutions, integrating structured and unstructured data sources. What will you bring to Coupa: - Expertise in processing and analyzing large data workloads - Experience in designing and implementing scalable Data Warehouse solutions to support analytical and reporting needs. - Experience with API development and design with REST or GraphQL. Experience building and optimizing 'big data' data pipelines, architectures, and data sets. - Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement. - Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets. - Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management. - Working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable 'big data' data stores. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Global COUPA Technical/Functional Lead to drive, manage and support the delivery of technical solutions to ensure that the platform continues to meet the needs of SONY globally. What you will be doing: - Lead the design and development of new architecture and major functional upgrades released by COUPA for the most advanced capabilities of the COUPA Platform. - Build solid expertise of the entire COUPA application suite and leverage this knowledge to better design application and data frameworks for SONY. - Adhere to COUPA iterative development processes to deliver concrete value each release while driving longer-term technical vision. - Act as the sounding board for architecture standards and patterns, with a demonstrated passion for advocating their accurate usage and excellent communication skills (written and verbal). - Participate in defect analysis for maintenance releases to ensure robust functional resolution to customer-facing issues. - Own the prioritization, management, and reporting of progress against identified Finance initiatives. - Work closely with the SAP and MuleSoft team to define requirements for E2E flow. - Validate the approach for delivery of system changes to ensure accurate testing and documentation is completed. - Contribute to interface design and coordinate and assist with integration testing as required. - As required, work closely with internal and third-party technical teams to analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across the SAP platform. **What we are looking for:** we are seeking individuals to join us who are enthusiastic, innovative, and have a collaborative approach.
