**Greetings from TCS** **TCS is Hiring for** **SAP Global Trade Services (GTS)** **Experience:** 10**-16 years** **Skills Required**: - Good Understanding of SAP System Landscape and integration between SAP modules. - Should have experience in working in support environment - time bound (SLA based) incident resolutions. - Comprehensive Experience of Impact and gap analysis & Corrective action plans to support priority tickets - Knowledge of Change Control processes, testing and release documentation - Usage of testing and support tools like HPQC ALM, Remedy and SAP Solution Manager CHARM - Collaborate with team members to find solutions for complex problems and promote continuous improvement on services - Ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales - Ability to multi-task and work on a 24/7 support rotation - Capable of taking ownership of tasks from beginning to end **Job description**: - Should have E2E implementation and Support experience in SAP GTS predominantly worked on all the 3 sub-modules Compliance, Customs processing &Special Customs process for Europe &North America region. - Good Knowledge on SD, MM &Logistics process and integration with SAP GTS module. - Good experience in understanding and gathering Business rules, Business requirements and end user cases. - Worked on SAP GTS Compliance Management for Export & Imports including Denied Party screening (SPL), License Management. - Worked on Customs Management module it includes Product classification and electronic communication with AES (US) and European countries. - Worked on Special Customs process in Europe, it includes GPA (NL), Transit Procedure & Inventory Management. - Should be having experience in ALE and EDI integration, interfaces with non-SAP systems.
