**Role & responsibilities** **Your Purpose** People are our greatest asset, and as the SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Lead, you will build the systems that support them. You will lead the digital transformation of our Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes, ensuring flawless payroll execution and seamless cloud integration. You will be the visionary driving a modern, friction-free employee experience (EX) across the enterprise. **What You Will Do** - **Payroll Excellence:** Take absolute ownership of the SAP Indian Payroll configurations, including wage types, processing/cumulation classes, and retro-calculation schemas. - **Cloud Transformation:** Architect and manage the seamless integration between legacy SAP HCM (S/4 HANA) and SuccessFactors Employee Central. - **Process Re-engineering:** Configure and optimize Organizational Management, Time Management, and core Personnel Administration structures. - **Release Management:** Strategically plan, test, and deploy new SAP releases, support packs, and legal patches with zero disruption to business-as-usual operations. - **Custom Solutions:** Identify gaps in standard HR functionalities, define business objectives, and collaborate with ABAP teams to build custom H2R solutions. **What You Bring** - **Experience:** 46 years of deep SAP HCM configuration and support experience, backed by 2–3 years of hands-on HR/Payroll domain experience. - **Niche Expertise:** Proven, hands-on experience integrating SAP HCM with SuccessFactors. Mastery over complex payroll schemas. - **Business-Centricity:** You understand that a payroll error impacts a human life. You bring a meticulous, zero-defect mindset to system testing and deployment. **Education:** Graduate/Postgraduate degree with strong communication and leadership traits.
