Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Minimum Two End to End implementation experience in SAP HR ABAP - Experience of all the HCM business processes is an advantage. - Experience in employee life cycle and Time management process. - Experience of data migration and interface to Third Party Vendors. - Knowledge of SAP reporting and Ad-hoc query etc. - Experience of writing technical specifications. - Experience of setting up test scenarios and test scripts. - Experience in FIORI/UI5/Webdynpro is an added advantage. - Understanding of HR processes, including Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), and Personnel Time Management (PT) System - Must have client-facing skills and be able to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the clients. - Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely. - Must be able to translate client business rules to technical business requirements. Must possess strong analytical skills. - Able to work in CET time zone. - Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment. **Preferred candidate profile** - HR ABAP - WD ABAP - ODATA - APIs - Integration knowledge HCM business processes
