**Experience:** 6-10 Years **Work Location:** TCS Kolkata **Role Type:** Application Management Services (AMS) Support Eligibility Criteria - 6-10 years of overall SAP experience. - Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in **SAP IS-U FICA**. - Experience in AMS/Production Support projects. - Strong knowledge of: - **Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable (FICA)** - **Payment Processing** - **Dunning** - **Clearing & Returns** - **Account Determination** - **SAP FI Integration** - Experience in incident management, problem management, and ticket handling. - Exposure to ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy. - Good understanding of Utilities industry processes. - Experience in system enhancements, testing, and support activities. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. **Mandatory Skill** **SAP IS-U FICA (AMS Support)** Experience Range **6-10 Years** Work Location **TCS Kolkata**
