Job description

**Role & responsibilities** SAP CRM Techno functional with 7 - 10 years of experience - 1. Design, develop, and enhance solutions in SAP CRM WebUI using BSP components and configuration. 2. Provide techno-functional support for SAP CRM applications within the IS-Utilities environment. 3. Develop custom solutions using ABAP in SAP CRM, including enhancements, BADIs, user exits, and reports. 4. Implement and support CRM Middleware for data replication between SAP CRM and SAP IS-Utilities, SAP ECC, S4 systems. 5. Design and implement REST API integrations with external systems and services. 6. Configure and support SAP CRM Contact Center integration, including CTI integration where required. 7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM WebUI, middleware queues, and replication failures. 8. Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical design and development solutions. 9. Participate in integration design between SAP CRM and external
