We are hiring for the requirement of Sap Abap CRM and we would like to cordially invite you to share your resume with us for the below mentioned requirement. **Job Description – SAP ABAP CRM with BOL (Business Object Layer)** **Position:** SAP ABAP CRM with BOL **Experience:** 8 – 16 Years **Location:** Bangalore / Pune / Coimbatore **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **SAP ABAP CRM Developer** with strong expertise in **SAP CRM Technical Development** , **Business Object Layer (BOL)** , **GenIL** , and **Web UI Framework** . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP CRM applications, custom developments, integrations, and ABAP objects while working in a global SAP landscape. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and support SAP CRM technical solutions. - Develop and enhance SAP CRM Web UI components using BOL and GenIL. - Customize CRM business transactions, One Order Framework, and Middleware processes. - Develop ABAP objects including Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, BAdIs, User Exits, Smart Forms, and Function Modules. - Work on CRM Web UI enhancements, component workbench, views, and controllers. - Develop integrations between SAP CRM and ECC/S4HANA systems. - Analyze and resolve production issues related to CRM technical components. - Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, testing, and deployment activities. - Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders. **Required Skills** **SAP CRM Technical** - SAP CRM Development - CRM Web UI Framework - Business Object Layer (BOL) - Generic Interaction Layer (GenIL) - CRM Middleware - One Order Framework - CRM Enhancement Framework **ABAP Development** - Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (RICEF) - Object-Oriented ABAP - BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancement Spots - ALV Reports - SmartForms / Adobe Forms - Function Modules and RFCs **Integration Skills** - CRM-ECC Integration - IDocs - Web Services - APIs - Middleware Monitoring **Preferred Skills** - SAP S/4HANA Integration exposure - SAP CRM Sales, Service, or Marketing modules knowledge - OData Services - SAP Fiori/UI5 exposure - CRM Migration Projects - Agile/Scrum methodology **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field. - 5+ years of SAP ABAP experience with at least 3 years in SAP CRM Technical Development. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
