Job Description ++Role Summary and Responsibilities:++ • Consultant will be required to handle issues / tickets raised by end users via SMT/ ITSMD( Service Now) tool • Deliver quality work based on the set KPIs • Prepare solution documentation • Take up learning session with the team • Take up adhoc activities and tasks as allocated ++Role Requirements:++ • SAP Experience in Support and rollout projects • Have in depth knowledge of Standard SAP-MM business functionalities and procure to pay processes • Hands on exp. in Enterprise Structure, Master Data, Special Procurement Processes, Outline Agreement, Release strategy, Pricing procedure, PR / PO cycle, • Good understanding in customized business template process • Fair understanding of cross module integration with regard to logistics (SD and LE) and Finance • Technical capabilities like debugging skills, workflow and iDocs will be an added advantage • Have good analytical and problem solving skill • Have good communication skill, Customer facing skill Qualifications ++Educational qualification:++ BE ++Experience :++ 3-5 years ++Mandatory/required Skills :++ SAP MM and Domain experience ++Preferred Skills :++ SAP MM certified Additional Information 3-5 years of relevant experience
