Develop profitability, allocation, cost management, and performance management models. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions. Perform data analysis, testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities. Collaborate with finance, business, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Support implementation, enhancement, migration, and optimization initiatives. Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and user training materials. Ensure high-quality project delivery while adhering to best practices and governance standards. **Required Skills** 24 years of hands-on experience in SAP PaPM (Profitability and Performance Management). Strong understanding of Finance, Cost Allocation, Profitability Analysis, and Management Reporting. Experience working with SAP HANA and/or SAP S/4HANA environments. Knowledge of SAP FI/CO, SAP BW, SAP Analytics, or related SAP Finance solutions. Experience in data modeling, calculations, reporting, and performance optimization. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Exposure to implementation, rollout, support, or transformation projects. **Preferred** SAP PaPM certification or relevant SAP certifications. Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.
