Job description

Your Profile - Skills Required : • 9--12 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM with strong expertise in SAP Payroll. • Extensive experience in SAP Payroll configuration, including Wage Types, Schemas, PCRs, Features, and Infotypes. • Strong knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management (TM).Experience in payroll processing, retroactive accounting, off-cycle payroll, payroll reconciliation, and year-end activities. • Good understanding of statutory compliance, taxation, and payroll regulatory requirements.Experience integrating SAP Payroll with SAP Finance (FI), SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and third-party systems. • Hands-on experience in preparing Functional Specifications and coordinating with technical/ABAP teams. • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support skills for payroll-related issues. • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Employee Central integration is preferred. • Proven ability to lead workshops, gather business requirements, and deliver payroll solutions. • Excellent stakeholder management, client-facing, and communication skills. • Experience leading teams and mentoring junior consultants. • SAP HCM Payroll or SuccessFactors Certification is an added advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project delivery skills. • Exposure to Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
