Executing Fit-Gap Analysis and Business Process Blueprinting 2. Executing initiatives to build competency in global templates 3. Leading/Executing Training and Knowledge sharing 4. Executing Demo Content Creation and Demos 5. Executing initiatives to build system-based and non-system-based accelerators for rollouts and implementations 6. Executing competency building in new areas e.g. POCs 7. Creating sales collaterals 8. Executing Innovation projects 9. Executing Study and concept projects 10. Troubleshooting e.g. with regard to technical issues/process issues faced by customers 11. Spot consulting 12.
