**SAP PM -- Consultant, Managed Services** **Enterprise Performance** Our Enterprise Performance team helps organizations improve business performance through enterprise platforms, digital operations, and technology-enabled transformation. Within this practice, professionals work across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT to support complex business process and system needs. As an SAP PM Functional Consultant, you will work with cross-functional teams to design, support, and enhance plant maintenance solutions, align business requirements to SAP capabilities, and help clients improve maintenance operations through scalable, technology-enabled processes. **Level**: Consultant or equivalent As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements. **Work you'll do** As a Consultant, Managed Services on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for: * Support SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) managed services activities across design, build, test, deployment, and post-production support. * Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate requirements into functional specifications and configuration design. * Configure SAP PM processes and support integration with other SAP modules and external systems. * Participate in unit testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing, and support cutover, go-live, and hyper-care activities. * Collaborate with client stakeholders and onsite/offshore teams to resolve issues, maintain documentation, and support ongoing process improvement. **The team** Our Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise package insights and platform technology, working across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT operations to support delivery of holistic performance improvement and package led large scale digital transformation. By integrating strategy, operational improvement, implementation, and managed services, we creatively deploy resources and drive innovation, ensuring clients achieve impactful, sustainable results at the speed demanded by today's dynamic market. **Location:** Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai **Shift Timings:** 24\*7 rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements **Qualifications** Required: * 3-6 years of experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) * Experience delivering SAP PM solution design, build, test, and deployment activities * Experience with preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance processes in SAP PM * Experience configuring SAP PM and supporting integration with other SAP modules and external systems * Experience contributing to at least 1 SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementation or support project * Experience writing functional specifications and supporting unit, regression, and user acceptance testing * Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, or Master of Science in Computer Science from an accredited university Preferred: * 2+ years of experience in asset-intensive industries * Experience identifying custom development requirements through fit-gap analysis * Experience supporting cutover, go-live, and hyper-care activities * Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service management processes * Experience using Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tools * Master's degree **Our purpose** Deloitte's purpose is to make an impact that matters for our people, clients, and communities.
