**TCS Is Hiring SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant** **Location: Pune** **Experience: 7+** **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing to support implementation, enhancement, and support activities across manufacturing and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate should possess deep domain knowledge of production planning, material planning, repetitive manufacturing, and integration with EWM, MM, QM, and Sales processes. **Key Responsibilities •** Participate in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation project. • Gather business requirements and design scalable manufacturing solutions. • Configure and support SAP Production Planning (PP) processes. • Manage and support Production Orders, Planned Orders, Material Master, Bills of Material (BOM), Routing, Work Centers, and Production Versions. • Configure and support Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Long-Term Planning (LTP) processes. • Collaborate with business users to optimize manufacturing and planning operations. • Support integration of SAP PP with EWM, MM, SD, and QM modules. • Work closely with technical teams on interfaces and integration scenarios with non-SAP systems. • Perform configuration, testing, defect resolution, and production support activities. • Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and knowledge transfer materials. • Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare activities **Required Skills •** Strong experience in SAP PP with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing. • Experience working in manufacturing environments. • In-depth knowledge of Production Orders, Planned Orders, Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, and Production Versions. • Strong expertise in MRP, LTP, and Repetitive Manufacturing. • Good knowledge of PP–EWM, MM–EWM, SO–EWM, and QM–EWM integration. • Experience with QIE, Inventory Management, Cycle Counting, Posting Changes, Blocked Stock Processing, Scrap Management, and Batch Management. • Knowledge of CIF and integration with non-SAP systems. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Self-driven and result-oriented.
