**Role & responsibilities** Experience : 4-6 Years Job Location : Vemangal (Bangalore ) **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant with 46 years of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP Production Planning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in SAP PP, experience with end-to-end manufacturing processes, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to production planning and manufacturing. - Configure and support SAP PP modules, including: - Material Master - Bill of Materials (BOM) - Work Centers - Routings - Production Versions - Production Orders - MRP Material Requirements Planning) - Capacity Planning - Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities. - Provide production support and troubleshoot SAP PP-related issues. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including MM, SD, QM, PM, WM/EWM, and FICO. - Participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects. - Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with technical teams. - Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Develop user documentation and deliver end-user training. - Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and organizational standards. **Required Skills** - 46 years of hands-on SAP PP functional experience. - Strong knowledge of: - Production Planning (PP) - MRP - Production Orders - BOM - Routings - Work Centers - Capacity Planning - Production Versions - Experience with SAP S/4HANA PP is preferred. - Good understanding of manufacturing business processes. - Experience with SAP integration across MM, QM, SD, PM, and WM/EWM. - Knowledge of batch management and serial number management is an advantage. - Experience in preparing functional specifications and supporting custom developments. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - SAP PP certification is preferred. - Experience in manufacturing industries such as Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Goods, or Chemicals is desirable. **Preferred Experience** - At least one end-to-end SAP implementation project. - Experience in AMS (Application Management Support), rollout, or enhancement projects. - Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration activities. - Exposure to Agile or SAP Activate methodologies is an advantage.
