Good experience with S/4 especially in Manufacturing area (M2S) 3. Relevant university degree (e.g. Business Administration or Industrial Engineering) with focus on Manufacturing and /or Supply Chain processes 4. Several years of experience in consulting or industry, preferably in Consumer Goods or Retail; 5. Extensive business experience in manufacturing to supply processes from projects and / or operations 6. Strategically thinking and a strong mindset to drive improvement **Job Description** 1. Drives business value of own (sub-) process depending on overall process strategy 2. Communicates and implements continuously the (sub-) process Make to Stock on global level 3. Take care of all M2S deployment tasks in rollout project 4. Aligns and adapts the (sub-) process changes including requirements from users, norms, standards and other processes 5. Support definition of the roadmap to roll-out and increase the maturity level of the (sub-) process M2S 6. Secure a sustainable implementation and compliance of the process standards 7. Drive digitalization and automation in Manufacturing to Supply incl. implementation of standardized Industry 4.0 solution sets 8. Monitor relevant key performance indicators, initiate and manage implementation and transformation programs to build or improve processes/capabilities 9. Train and coach user departments on how to apply standard processes 10.
