Job description

**Key Responsibilities** - Gather and analyze business requirements related to **production planning and manufacturing processes**. - Configure and customize SAP PP module including: - Material Requirement Planning (MRP) - Bill of Materials (BOM) - Routing & Work Centers - Production Orders & Process Orders - Capacity Planning - Demand Management - Perform **end-to-end SAP PP implementations and rollouts**. - Conduct **business process mapping (AS-IS & TO-BE)** and gap analysis. - Integrate SAP PP with other modules: - MM (Materials Management) - SD (Sales & Distribution) - QM (Quality Management) - PM (Plant Maintenance) - Prepare **functional specifications (FS) for developments and enhancements**. - Support **testing phases (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT)**. - Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution. - Create user manuals and conduct end-user training. - Ensure system optimization and continuous process improvement. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Bachelors degree in **Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or IT**. - **5-10 years** of experience in SAP PP module. - Strong understanding of: - Manufacturing processes (Discrete / Process Industry) - Production planning concepts and scheduling - Hands-on experience in: - MRP configuration and execution - BOM & Routing management - Shop floor control - Experience in **SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA**. - Knowledge of **integration points (PP-MM, PP-SD, PP-QM)**. - Ability to create functional documentation and work with technical teams. **Preferred Skills** - Experience in **SAP S/4HANA implementations or migration projects**. - Knowledge of **PP-DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling)**. - Exposure to **MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)** integration. - Familiarity with **Fiori apps related to production planning**. - Certification in SAP PP is a plus.
